2D Level Layout & 3D set dressed blockout

Thought process of creating the level:
Since the game jam is only 2 days, I wanted to do something more simple and the loop is always revolving around running back and in to the classroom. Therefore, I placed a lot chairs and tables around the map while decorating the classroom with the appropriate props.
The differences from the 2d layout and the blockout is that I decided to make some chairs, tables and props retain as the same position as the 2d layout but more messier ( rotation of chairs and tables are out of place and books are everywhere) to also serve as potential obstacles for player to overcome.

Status Effect for the player

Enemy Full Health Bar - Enemy Died
Thought process of creating the UI:
Since the team decided to go for a parody version of Mickey Mouse, I decided to use the mickey mouse Icon as a benchmark when designing the status effect and the enemy health bar to resemble the character.

1. Cutting down scope for the Level Design department

From the pitch to pre production, initially I wanted to expand the classroom even further with 2 floors and classroom corridors which I think can make the game more fun and player would have something to explore outside of the repititive classroom. However, due to the game jam being 2 days, I was forced to make a decision which is change to only the event happening within the classroom but I made the size of the classroom more bigger as if like it's a playground for the dwarf so the player can have the required space to move and punnish the dwarf.
